DESCRIPTION

A comprehensive refurbishment of an existing 3 storey, 1950m2, 1980’s commercial building. The work includes a full seismic and recladding upgrade with new GRC facade panels and curtainwalling, new services and new interiors throughout. After a series of feasibility studies on this and adjacent sites the adaptive re-use solution was selecetd as creating the best value.
