DESCRIPTION

1950m2 Existing 1980’s 3 storey commercial building- full seismic upgrade and redevelopment, redesigned with new exterior GRC facades, new services throughout. Worked though all design stages to building consent, including interior fitout plans.  Tenant sign up underway to go into construction 2025-26. Worked through PS1 PS2 façade design and review for Building Consent. Evatt Martin Architects role included full design and detail documentation specification, consultant co-ordination, supplier design integration and Building Consent.

TYPE, SCALE & COMPLEXITY

Adaptive re-use of an existing 3 storey office building (including basement. High complexity due to reuse and optimising of the existing structure. 75% new envelope.
