DESCRIPTION

Master planning and concept design for a health trust campus to enable future development and long term site planning strategies to be established. Briefed and led full team of consultants for civils, services infrastructure, traffic, roading, structural, geotechnical and planning advice for a rounded out masterplan with feasibility and project cost planning by a QS. Proposed multiple stage 1 massing and development options. The 6200sqm, 5 level courtyard building option was completed through to completed Concept Design. Client currently seeking long term tenancy and development funding to proceed into further design and construction stages.
